Our investments continue in Istanbul and Ankara.

FRİ Front Headquarters Building
Construction of our headquarters building on our land in Ömerli, Çekmeköy, Istanbul, began in December 2024.
Within the scope of the project, the following works have been completed: preparation of architectural and structural designs, soil survey and improvement studies, site setup, excavation, foundation and insulation applications, formwork and reinforcement fabrication, floor concrete, roof construction, subfloor applications, wall and window construction, and exterior facade cladding.
The rough construction and exterior facade works of our project have been completed, and work is currently continuing with the interior architectural applications and finishing touches.

Construction of Offices and Residences in Susuz Village
In Ankara, on the Istanbul road in the Susuz Köy area, our office and residence project, Onyx Bulvar, for which we have an agreement with the contractor Altaş İnşaat as the landowner, is currently undergoing the licensing process.

Ankara Temelli Anatolian Organized Industrial Zone Factory Construction
The design for a joint factory site project with our group companies on our land located in Ankara Temelli Anadolu Organized Industrial Zone has been completed. Construction work has commenced.
